RATES & RESERVATIONS
We are open from May 15th through October 1st to all Class A Motorcoaches ONLY that are 28+ feet long and not more than 10 years old or are in like new condition. Minimum 1 week (7 nights) stay is required. Each site listed below is surrounded by trees, beautifully landscaped with hardstand for parking that is nestled in for privacy. Resort amenities include paved road, 50 amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and access to WiFi. Some sites have outdoor kitchens, others have kitchen facilities in a small building on site. Most have outdoor furniture for your use. Some owners rent directly and are not part of the Rental Program. Guest Rules & Regulations still apply. Check lot descriptions below. All lots are back in lots.

Weekly Rate $595 per week-1 time Park Use fee- 7% Bed Tax collected
Monthly Rate $1870 first month- No bed tax collected

Reservations are handled between 9:00-5:00 pm Monday-Saturday. No check ins are done on Sundays.

Your coach must be a Class A and cannot be over 10 years old or must be in like new condition.
5th Wheels, Class B or any other type of RV's are not accepted.
There is no parking for boats or trailers on site.
LOT # 1
Private, cool, nestled in the trees
This site was designed for a 45 foot bus. This north facing lot has a beautiful deck and large patio. It is surrounded by a variety of trees. Included for your use are a barbeque, picnic table, patio furniture, patio heater, and a fire pit. It is beautifully landscaped with shrubs and a manicured grassy area. The entry drive is concrete with hard gravel parking.
LOT # 5
Sunshine and Shade
This beautifully landscaped site is centrally located with space to park two cars. There is a large patio area with a picnic table. A storage shed is available. With plenty of sunshine and plenty of shade you can choose which you like best.
