BIGFORK MOTORCOACH RV RESORT RENTER/GUEST RULES

 

 

The Bigfork Motorcoach Resort has developed in the premier facility of its kind in the Flathead Valley. The park is open from May 15-October 1.   Owners have taken great steps in creating a facility that offers both a very warm and congenial social setting as well as a newly created ambiance within its natural arena.  We sincerely hope you will enjoy your stay with us and appreciated your support for the Resort by observing, with us, the following Resort rules.

• SPEED LIMIT IN THE PARK IS 5 mph.
   

• We recognize that many motorcoach owners travel with their pets and we respectively ask that you observe our pet rules during your stay.

• Limit of 2 pets

• Pets must be on a leash and controlled at all times while outside the motorcoach

• Pet owners must immediately in a plastic bag and dispose of it in the proper receptacles.

• Unattended pets are not allowed outside the motorcoach and temporary enclosures are prohibited.

• Walking or exercising of pets must be on the street only, please do not let them wander into other guest or owner lots

• Designated pet areas are located in the very front and the very back of the resort. 

• Noisy, offensive behavior by pets or owners will not be tolerated
   

• IMPORTANT TIMES: Check out is 11:00 am; Check in time is Noon - 4 pm. Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am.  Loud music or machinery is not permitted.
   

• Owner/Guest Motorcoach Criteria

• Class A Motorcoach only

• Not less than 28 feet in length

• Fully self-contained

• No older than 10 years
   

• Everyone must exercise good housekeeping discipline in his or her use of the laundry/shower facility. Please clean up all evidence of your visit to the facility and dispose of all cleanup trash in the wastebaskets.
   

• Clotheslines are not permitted.
   

• Empty boat trailers are not allowed in the resort. A boat on its trailer will be allowed provided it can be parked in a normal parking space.
   

• Vehicle dollies must be stored out of view behind the motorcoach.
   

• No more than one motorcoach, two vehicles and or two motorcycles are permissible on each lot.

• ​

• Visitor parking must be on your site. Parking on the street, lawn, common area or unoccupied lots is not permissible.
   

• No skateboarding, roller blades, skates, go-carts, gas powered street scooters or any snow recreational equipment or gear is allowed at any time.
   

• All lots should be maintained in a clean, orderly and attractive manner. No waste, garbage, or trash should be allowed to accumulate.
   

• All lots are privately owned, so please honor these properties by not trespassing on them with your vehicles, equipment or pets
   

• Washing of motorcoaches with water and environmentally safe detergent is permitted so long as run-off does not encroach on abutting properties or the street.
   

• Any renter or owner guest found in violation of the rules may be asked to vacate the premises. Any and all deposits will be forfeited in the event that this occurs.
   

• If a kitchen area is available, it must be maintained and left in the condition it was found.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS

The undersigned Tenant(s) will rent a lot (including or not including a Motorcoach) within Bigfork Motorcoach Resert (The Resort).

We agree to:

​

      1.)  Read, understand and agree to abide all of the Rules and Regulations of the Resort. A copy has been provided.

      2.)  We assume all risks for entering, p0arking, setting up, maintaining and removing all vehicles and possessions and, if applicable our

           motorcoach.

      3.)  We assume all risks for using the common facilities, including showers and lavatories.

      4.)  We waive any and all claims against the Resort, its homeowner association, members, directors and officers for any damage to any 

           property or injury to any person arising from the negligence or misconduct of the Resort or its agents.  We agree to fully indemnify

           and hold the Resort Harmless from any accident, claim, injury or event from our use of rented property within the Resort or Resort

           facilities.
